I first bought this on a lark. I had a writing residency in northern Wales, and a fellow resident and I took a weekend tour around Anglesey. I brought it home figuring it would be one of those ill-advised combinations that appeal to a tourist but don't work in real life. HOW WRONG I WAS. My husband and I have ordered Halen Môn's Vanilla Sea Salt again and again, and we gift it to our foodie friends. It is decadent on chocolate ice cream, and it brings out the juice of a ripe peach. I love it in a sweet-and-salty popcorn, too.
