I like the idea of using renewable natural resources such as sea salt in my cooking. I grow my own herbs and Halen Môn gives me a great choice of flavours and flake textures to compliment my cooking.
My late husband and I spent a lot of time in North Wales every year and loved the area.
I started buying this because it reminds me of the good times we had there.
