This is an excellent product and it's SO easy to taste the difference from ordinary salt. I was previously given Anglesey Sea Salt by friends living near Holyhead and was delighted with it. My recent purchase was for eeach of my children as a happy reminder for them of growing up on Anglesey when I was serving with the RAF at RAF Valley.
