Amazing salt, I have almost every flavour and use for all different purposes.
I love the celery sea salt, goes great on salads and fish. The chilli sea salt is great in all spicy dishes. And the sea salt I use in cooking and baking .
I love the recipies , I have stole the show many times with your Halen mon Seville chocolate tart. I always take one if I go to a friends or family for dinner, and once they taste it they want the recipie, I have added the sea salt smoaked over oak in this and it's perfect.
