I was introduced to your salt during a cooking course I Attended and the chef is a customer of yours. I must say I loved the flavouring on the food. Over the many months prior to using Halen mon I have found that table salt has lost its flavour.
When I read your website about your comparison with your salt and table salt I was most surprised to hear that additives are put into table salt, this made my decision an easy one.
