Having seen the TV News item regarding the predicament of Welsh companies and the likely impact on exports in the current climate we wanted to do a bit to help directly, hence the order. We knew Halen Mon was good, but we didn't realise how good. Three families are now using Halen Mon regularly, and my son in law, an extremely accomplished cook has been really impressed by the difference your product has made in his kitchen. Praise indeed!
