The products ordered arrive promptly and were well packaged - always important when ordering fresh fish. The packaging kept the fish cool and was environmentally friendly too. As a South Walian in exile, I was delighted to be able to order bara lawr - laver bread. My only disappointment was the whole kippers - The smallest I have ever seen, so not such good value as I had thought. The taste was okay, though not as good as Manx, Loch Fyne or Craster ones. A refund had been made with an apology as the quantity of kippers I had requested was not available, but with hindsight I did not mind that at all. I'll be ordering again, but probably not kippers.
