Very happy with the quality and freshness of the fish supplied. A little disappointed that the fish supplied is all from the “cheaper” species, i.e. whiting, plaice, haddock, lemon sole ( very small fillets), hake. None of the “possibles”, John Dory, Turbot, Halibut, Monkfish, etc.
