We were impressed with the helpfulness of Richard and the other staff at Harlows, as when we went to pick up our order it was incorrect. They were most apologetic and offered to correct the problem immediately. When we went a second time to collect our corrected order, they as a goodwill gesture cut the order to size for us at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend also visit Harlows again in the future. We also found the quality and price excellent compared to other companies we looked at.
