“Accurately machined panels, well protected, and arrived in reasonable time, so I am compleely satisfied. I thought the carriage charge a bit costly, but presumably this is out of your control?”

“Difficulty contacting them about order. Recieved email saying they cannot fulfil order after they took my money, waiting any contact back. Phoning them just gets messaging service. Email still nothing.”

On rare occasions we do contact customers to see if they are able to accept alternative lengths of timber in order to ensure that your delivery arrives on the date required. But we do delay the order until we have a reply, to make sure your happy with the change to your order. We are always willing to compromise, and work with you to get you the timber you need when you need it. We are pleased that in this instance we were able to find a compromise. At the moment we are having a problem with our phone line, which our IT team are working hard to get this fixed. “Really pleased to find a supplier I could get the one joist from of this size for an old floor with 5x2 timbers. Oy downside was the missing 5 mm as the ordered joist was 50x125 but came as 50 x120. I out that down to experience and understanding nominal sizes and the actual supplied.”

“Website ok, Ordered online from 'live ' stocks Had to substitute a chunk of the order because it wasn't in stock. So much for live stock. Delivery ok, on time although you'd expect that for the £17 paid. Less than impressed to find a shocking piece of 100x50 packed in between 2 ok pieces. Complained and was offered a £10 refund. Hardly helps the timetable does it when you then have to go and source another piece of useable timber . I hate leaving negative reviews especially for local companies but hey, they asked me to.”
