“On line ordering process good. Delivery times spot on. Offloading and carrying to drop off by delivery driver excellent. Only problem was that half of products delivered (shiplap cladding) were damaged in some way. As I had ordered double ther quantity I was able to finish my job.”

“I ordered some timber from Harlow to build a display stand. When it turned up a couple of lengths were broken and half the order was wrong. By that time I was running out of time so had to make do and adjust my design to fit. Apart from those problems l was happy with the quality of the wood. Delivery costs made this wood no cheaper than I could have bought it at my local DIY store.”

“Staff very helpful and friendly. The yard had sufficient stock to meet my requiements after some selection. Even obliged by reducing the lengths to fit in my car. Prices good - lower than expected. The timber is now being used to build a couple of window replacements. Thanks for your service!”

“My delivery driver was very good and the ordering online was easy enough but everything in between was poor. I heard nothing about my order from when I placed it to it being delivered. I had to ring multiple times as no answer, however when I did get through I was told very little and was pretty much passed from one person to another. Not very professional.”

“I ordered some timber from their website, but had to cancel the order the next morning. I emailed customer services and the order was cancelled and refunded within the hour. Amazing service! Some companies would take days to cancel the order, and the order might have been sent out before the cancellation was processed, but not Harlow. Harlow cancelled my order straight away and refunded it on the spot. Well done. I would definitely use them again.”
