“I arrived at your place in Long Whatton Went in the first entrance to order timber. 2 very friendly gentlemen jumped forward straight away to help. As that was the please to pickup the online delivery I was taken by 1 of the guys to the Timber sales shop. I came at that counter, a lady and a man were behind the counter and 2 more standing up behind the counter. No welcome, hello or how can I help you. The person from online counter explains the order I'm looking for. The staff were grumpy, specially the lady who was not approachable at all. I requested if my order can be cut in half the length to fit in my car. She said THAT TAKES 4 HOURS AND YOU CAN'T WAIT FOR THAT. The first person from online orders, I think Greg was his name took me back to his department, apologised about the rudeness of that staff. asked me to order online , what I did and he cut in nicely in halves and helped me to put it in the car. Big star for him 🌟, please sort out your Timber Sales staff as it was a very uncomfortable situation. But will come again because of the great quality material you sell.”

“Fencing arrive on the day we arranged, driver was really friendly and did a great job unloading our goods. Fencing looks good quality but as yet it hasn't been erected overall the service was really good.”

“We had 30 lengths of 6x2 4.2 mtrs long didn't know it came from a banana tree ,about 8 badly twisted lengths had too use as noggings so waiste of money so will have too buy more now ,delivery driver was great I wasn't here my wife was but if I would of seen them I would of put them bk on lorry”

“Terrable service. Waited two week. Still Jo delivery. Phone and phone and phoned. Finally got through. Someone told me it would be here Thursday, 3 days later still no delivery. Phoned and phoned again for some one to fibnaly answer saying its still ay warehouse. Got a refund in the end. Won't use again”

“Most unprofessional company i have dealt with, Deliver cancelled for Wednesday, Re-Scheduled for Friday and cancelled again for delivery on Saturday. Trying to get in touch with Harlows to tell them that I won't be in tomorrow but no one in online sales are bothering to pick up and other departments keep passing me round. PS your telephone answerers need to learn some customer service skills and at least sound interested”

Good afternoon Thank you for your order and thank you for taking the time to give us your review, as this dose help us improve on how we do things. I'm the ops manager of online sales and have just been made aware of the issues you have had. We are setting up a full refund on the delivery for you. Im sorry but, we have had a few issues with some of our 3rd party delivery service and we had set up a van to come in to collect your order to bring to you directly to you, but the van had a brake down on Friday and the company could not get a 2nd van to us until this morning (Saturday). As for the phones we have been having some issues on site and the IT team are trying to fix. Harlows online team have worked hard to get your order to you and we are very sorry for the delay on your order and the experience you have had with us this time, we do hope to see you again soon.
