“Ordered a few fence panels and some gravel boards. Good price, great product and delivered when arranged. Great service all round”

“Great service, good communication when they told me that there had been a delay with the delivery but it was only of one day, so not a problem. Then I realised they have sent me one more piece than what I ordered with no increase in cost, so I wonder if that was as an apology for the delay. The only little issue is that the square pieces of wood are not very neat on the edges and there are some additional patches of wood in the square as if to replace a whole (I used them for pyrography work). I will have to see if sanding them will do the job and be careful to choose the side to work on... Maybe next time I will contact them on the phone before ordering. In any way, I am a satisfied customer. Thank you!”

“Wonderful product though best to add a few extra planks as some were not appropriate, know homes, oil stain and damaged. However, we managed to knit a few bits in the middle and are very happy with the finished result. Good solid tongue and groove.”

“I wouldn't buy timber from anywhere else! I built a substantial deck over 8 years ago that's still as good as new and have completed a few other projects at home and the quality of the wood has always been really good and at a price lower than buying from the usual sheds. Delivery is pretty reasonable too if you cant collect.”

“The fence panels are great, the order came promptly on time. The driver was not helpful, he insisted on putting the panels in the nearest place rather than 2 metres further down the side of my house where they would be safe as we had requested, he wasn’t trying to be helpful at all rather finish the job quickly and move on.”

“Good service by e-mail. Good communication and prompt delivery of timber. Whilst I understand the need to adequately protect the timber in transit I had to spend hours unwrapping my order. Cellotape every where! Your packer/dispatcher would be better employed in security! Other than that, very happy with my new shed (nearly finished). Thank you Ben, thank you Harlow.”

“Recently I had to replace a single rotten 4" x 6' Gate square fence post. Harlow Timber had exactly what I needed online and in stock. It was at the end of the afternoon and I asked for click and collect on line for the following morning together with 2 x packs Postcrete. Only a small order I know but it was confirmed for morning pick up. I had paid on line and collected. Information, Service and price was all excellent. Thank you Harlow Timber. My two dogs are safe behind our garden gate once more.”
