Good service by e-mail. Good communication and prompt delivery of timber. Whilst I understand the need to adequately protect the timber in transit I had to spend hours unwrapping my order. Cellotape every where! Your packer/dispatcher would be better employed in security! Other than that, very happy with my new shed (nearly finished). Thank you Ben, thank you Harlow.
