“The fence panels arrived early on my delivery date, which was a bonus, the driver was extremely helpful and offered to put the panels where I wished them to be stored, The panels look and feel top quality, even though they were at a low cost, now ive put the panels into the original slotted concrete posts the finished job looks brilliant, thanks so much.”

“Fantastic service. On the phone, in the office and in the yard. Served straight away in the office and then again when in the yard, the packed the car and everything was great. They product is top class and the prices are good. Will be back next month for the second lot of fencing. Thank you”

“Found Harlows online when trying to price up a project I was considering. Found the website to be extremely invaluable in deciding what timber and hardware to use, everything was very clearly laid out. Found the prices to be the best in my area and even managed to swing a discount! Placed the order and got an immediate confirmation by email. The online department contacted me soon after to explain that they may have to supply different lengths to those on my order but went to great lengths to ensure I'd have enough for my project. Big shout out to Ben @ Long Whitton branch for his excellent customer skills!”

“The product as received was fine, the delivery driver was most helpful, however after waiting in all day and contacting Harlows late afternoon was told the delivery would be the day after due to a problem with the delivery vehicle. It would have been nice to have been told this earlier.”

“Although it took over 2 weeks for the order to be ready - as I needed very large sleepers cutting to size to replace old rotten garden steps - they were cut precisely to my specification and so fitted exactly. Thank you. It was worth the wait.”
