Great service, good communication when they told me that there had been a delay with the delivery but it was only of one day, so not a problem. Then I realised they have sent me one more piece than what I ordered with no increase in cost, so I wonder if that was as an apology for the delay. The only little issue is that the square pieces of wood are not very neat on the edges and there are some additional patches of wood in the square as if to replace a whole (I used them for pyrography work). I will have to see if sanding them will do the job and be careful to choose the side to work on... Maybe next time I will contact them on the phone before ordering. In any way, I am a satisfied customer. Thank you!
