I ordered some timber from their website, but had to cancel the order the next morning. I emailed customer services and the order was cancelled and refunded within the hour. Amazing service! Some companies would take days to cancel the order, and the order might have been sent out before the cancellation was processed, but not Harlow. Harlow cancelled my order straight away and refunded it on the spot. Well done. I would definitely use them again.
