Unfortunately did not go well!
I've just moved to the area and used the online ordering system. I arranged to collect from Derby branch but on arrival was told it had been put through to the Burton branch.
Drives to Burton and having already allowed the 4 hr waiting time before collecting the order had not been processed. A long drawn out process followed before I was given a chitty to take to the wood store where my wood was eventually supplied.
