Ordering online was simple and the Team helpful when I queried stock items, however the delivery wasn't so good as the items didn't arrive when expected. I chased the delivery a couple of times and Ben was really responsive and it was clear the courier company weren't keeping Harlow or me up to date, citing they had 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts (I didn't receive a call and was at home on both occasions). So the delivery was a week later than advised. Not ideal, but I appreciated the help from the Team to resolve the issue and it wouldn't put me off using Harlow again.- hence the 4 stars.
