Not please with the handling of a delivery issue. Even though the order was placed many days ahead, either the Harlow dispatch group or the shipper they used messed up the delivery day I had set. Instead delivery came a day late where I needed a costly helping hand to sent home costing me a fortune. And instead of reimbursing the shipping fees, as shipping clearly wasn't up to standard which we pay top dollar for, I didn't get any indication the company was willing to reimburse the shipping fee, which I believe would be an appropriate goodwill gesture.
UPDATE: They have now acknowledge their mistake and refunded the shipping fee. I give some credits back to Simon the customer liason officer of this company for excellent customer service.
