Ordered 10 x 4.8m roof battens, 3 arrived badly damaged another snapped in half when we lifted it up. Submitted complaint to customer services - told they could replace (very good) and would be delivered yesterday (Tuesday) - still waiting, no sign of replacements
Shame because really pleased with rest of timber and initial customer service comms
