Ordered with just over a weeks notice for delivery for a Monday, they emailed me with 1hr working notice to say it would be there till Wednesday, which then got re-scheduled to Thursday AM. Material didn't turn up till Friday PM!
Lost a ton on downed labour, they didn't even cover the delivery cost as a renumeration!
