When ordering I booked a particular day for delivery when I know I'd be home but then when the materials were dispatched I was informed they'd arrive the day before which wasn't ideal. Door and frame came from two different suppliers which wasn't clear when ordering so I had gwo separate deliveries. The softwood internal door frame I ordered was very poor quality, badly warped and bent and with bits split off of the edge of one piece.
