Firstly was given the wrong wood,
I didn’t realise at first so started loading up the car, and realised it was the wrong product, so they swapped it for me.
I made a pre order online and they didn’t give me the brown wall plugs I ordered. Because of the wood issue and the faffing, I didn’t realise until I got home.
