Ordered a length of hardwood beading which came damaged. They said they would send another (fair enough) That apparently got damaged before it got to me so they gave me a refund and said they would not send another as they got damaged. I find it unbelievable that they cannot wrap a piece of beading up so it doesn’t get damaged!!
