5 star communication and service from the team at Hathern! I needed some ply on a Saturday morning and needed to check if they could supply it before midday closing time as the online order screen says to allow 4 hours before the order will be ready for collection. This was no problem for the person I spoke to and he called back a short while later to say that the team member who would normally pick and process this stock order was off sick but somebody in the main yard would be able to cut me what I needed from full sized sheets if I could accept a 2mm variation to the size I needed. This was not going to affect what I needed the wood for, so I was happy to accept it. The order was ready to collect well before midday, result one happy customer!
