The quality of timber it's really good but delivery charges are massive. For one long pallet we paid £400 plus Vat! The worst thing is that Harlow Timber has got regural deliveries to our neighbours then I guess would be easier and cheaper to combain to one. I don't believe entire lorries are rented for single orders? This must be changed otherwise the customer will be ordering from somewhere else.
