When they didn't have the wood I had requested they phoned and we discussed what the best alternative would be. Their suggestion was excellent. When there was a minor deft in one of the pieces again they called to discuss. Excellent customer service. The wood arrived, carefully packed with very strong cardboard angles to protect the edges. The wood itslef was an excellent quality and the edge moulding was as agreed. The only minor niggle was that one piece of wood had a small sticky label with the order number on. When peeled off there was a glue residue left which I have to get off before I can stain the wood. Try using 'freezer' type labels which leave no sticky residue.
