The sales advisor helped me out witth some custom cutting requirements, and didn't charge extra for cutting as it was only a couple of MDF sheets. Very happy!
The delivery charge was quite a lot for my quite small order (£35), but, it still worked out cheaper overall than other merchants I looked at.
