Bought 15 sheets of TGV off Harlow , they only had 12 in stock , so they couldn't deliver at the promised time.
Ben Harley in E commerce went above and beyond to get the delivery to us .
A couple of the sheets had some damage to the edge which I pointed out to Ben and he gave us a 40 pound refund .
This means we are a very happy customer and will definitely use this company again and recommend them to others 👍👍
