Website ok,
Ordered online from 'live ' stocks
Had to substitute a chunk of the order because it wasn't in stock. So much for live stock.
Delivery ok, on time although you'd expect that for the £17 paid.
Less than impressed to find a shocking piece of 100x50 packed in between 2 ok pieces.
Complained and was offered a £10 refund. Hardly helps the timetable does it when you then have to go and source another piece of useable timber .
I hate leaving negative reviews especially for local companies but hey, they asked me to.
