I bought the timber to rebuild a pergola that I first built from timber from Harlows 32 years ago - testament itself to its quality. The order was delivered by a very friendly, happy, helpful and inquisitive chap.
My only negative comment is to say that delivery was "aimed" at a certain date and although it did arrive on that date it would have been helpful to have had notification by say a phone call or text to give more certainty to the process.
