I ordered wood online for delivery. I did request that I was let know time of delivery so I could be present and tried to follow this up by ringing Harlow Timber. I rang on multiple occassions but no one answered the phone.
The wood was great and the delivery was fine. The phone answering was the only issue and hence why a 4 not a 5.
