Discovered this company a few months back and just wow! I’m 52 and menopausal. I use the magnesium spray every night before sleeping and it’s just amazing. Went away for a weekend last month and forgot to pack it, big mistake! I also use the rescue balm which works wonders too. I have had joint pain in my feet for years and am amazed how much this helps.
