“I'm such a terrible sleeper, I try anything that's going tbh just for a bit of shut eye.
So I thought I'd give this a try, not with any great expectation, but I can honestly say it has made a difference! I'm not saying I get 8 hours, but my mind is peaceful, not full of rubbish as it usually is. So if your like me, and have a mind which is very busy at night, with thoughts that are very important, then in the morning you think why on earth did that keep me from sleep, give it a try!”

“Disappointed with the rescue balm. I’ve received 2 tubs now and both tubs the consistency has been terrible. Meant to be a smooth balm but unfortunately it was extremely lumpy and horrible to apply to the skin. Won’t be buying the balm again however I do like the magnesium spray”
