“I’ve been having trouble sleeping for a long time now so thought I’d try this product. I used it for about a week but not a lot happened but I kept on trying. Now although it doesn’t help me sleep straight away it definitely helps when I wake up again. It allows me to go back to sleep easily. Definitely recommend.”

“I have restless legs and find it hard to fall asleep naturally. Have now used the Magnesium Spray for about a week or so and noticed a real difference. My legs still ache but the intensity with which they did, has actually decreased. I was pleasantly impressed and in addition, after about 15/20 minutes of using the spray, I felt comfortable enough to relax, eventually falling asleep. I will continue to use it until it finishes but already decided I’m going to purchase again. Thank you ☺️”

“After a recent, rather ‘explosive’ , if you get my drift, encounter with a magnesium oral supplement, to help with poor sleep quality, I decided that I would try Harrogate Organics spray-on version. I live locally to the store and spoke with a lovely lady who was in the shop that day and I’ve been using it for about two weeks now. I’m happy to report that I’m confident that the magnesium makes a real positive difference to my sleep quality. As I’m a lady of a ‘certain age’, it is combined with the standard Utrogestan part of HRT which also provides a mild sedative effect which results, finally, in a win, win situation for me.
