I’ve been having trouble sleeping for a long time now so thought I’d try this product. I used it for about a week but not a lot happened but I kept on trying. Now although it doesn’t help me sleep straight away it definitely helps when I wake up again. It allows me to go back to sleep easily. Definitely recommend.
