After a recent, rather ‘explosive’ , if you get my drift, encounter with a magnesium oral supplement, to help with poor sleep quality, I decided that I would try Harrogate Organics spray-on version. I live locally to the store and spoke with a lovely lady who was in the shop that day and I’ve been using it for about two weeks now. I’m happy to report that I’m confident that the magnesium makes a real positive difference to my sleep quality.
