“Most of their products are very good and delivery is excellent. However I was very disappointed with the response I got when one product gave me an allergic reaction. The products are not cheap and a complete refund wwhen a product has caused discomfort would have been appreciated in my opinion.”

“I'm not very happy as my order had a missing item on arrival! I phoned to complain and was told that the item would be posted immediately, that was a few days ago now and I still haven't got that item!\It is particularly annoying that I had to pay an extortionate £12 for delivery on the original order!”

“Regret I won't be buying any more. The nights I used the product I had the least sleep. I had opted for no perfume in the box but the firm added one.”
