“After a recent, rather ‘explosive’ , if you get my drift, encounter with a magnesium oral supplement, to help with poor sleep quality, I decided that I would try Harrogate Organics spray-on version. I live locally to the store and spoke with a lovely lady who was in the shop that day and I’ve been using it for about two weeks now. I’m happy to report that I’m confident that the magnesium makes a real positive difference to my sleep quality. As I’m a lady of a ‘certain age’, it is combined with the standard Utrogestan part of HRT which also provides a mild sedative effect which results, finally, in a win, win situation for me. Happy days!”

“I got the spray for my 89 year old mum, who suffers with fibromyalgia & arthritis. She has been using the spray for 4 days & so far has had improved sleep. Hopefully this will keep improving & she is going to get some rest.”

“I used the "Moisture-Rich Shampoo & Enriching Repair Conditioner" for the first time today. My hair feels solky smooth. What I really liked about the shampoo was that I didn't get a headful of soapy suds. Would definitely recommend to my friends.”

“I took a bottle of Magnesium spray to Australia in January and used it every night on my calves to prevent cramp. It really worked. I also sprayed my arms & chest to cool me down & help with sleep as I got into bed. I ordered a supply as soon as I got home so I’m ready for summer.”

“I have been using magnesium spray for nearly 2 years. I spray my left leg and behind my knee with it before I go to bed as i have sciatica to various degrees annoying me when I lay down. There is only a very slight pleasant smell and it dries quickly on the skin, no. waiting about! I am very pleased with the relief the spray gives me in enabling me to sleep and rest so much easier.”
