I have been using magnesium spray for nearly 2 years. I spray my left leg and behind my knee with it before I go to bed as i have sciatica to various degrees annoying me when I lay down. There is only a very slight pleasant smell and it dries quickly on the skin, no. waiting about! I am very pleased with the relief the spray gives me in enabling me to sleep and rest so much easier.
