I have restless legs and find it hard to fall asleep naturally. Have now used the Magnesium Spray for about a week or so and noticed a real difference. My legs still ache but the intensity with which they did, has actually decreased. I was pleasantly impressed and in addition, after about 15/20 minutes of using the spray, I felt comfortable enough to relax, eventually falling asleep. I will continue to use it until it finishes but already decided I’m going to purchase again. Thank you ☺️
