Have been using magnesium spray and I think it definitely helps with my restless legs. Delivery is always quick and packaging is amazing - personal touch with thank you inside box and always spritzed with beautiful fragrance. Great company to deal with and will definitely order again. Now trying sage tablets and Ashwagandha for menopause symptoms but early days so difficult to review
