I use this for jumpy legs and I also ordered my mum some. She suffers badly with restless legs, not only has the spray stopped this but she has been taking a sleeping pill every night for over 25 years now. She put a little bit on her temples and hasn't had a sleeping pill for 4 weeks now.... amazing. Even my sister ordered some as well.
