Bought a repeat batch of the magnesium spray. This has really helped with my restless legs at night. I've also found it eases the pain in my knee and ankle that I have. I don't think it has helped my sleep directly, but the fact it's help with RLS & pain has helped me sleep better. Items were beautifully packaged and delivered quickly. Highly recommend this company.
