I've only bought the Magnesium spray which I can honestly say I'm very happy with, use to have restless legs, cramp and sometimes pain at night so didn't get much sleep, since using the Magnesium spray I very rarely suffer from any of them, it definitely does do what it says on the bottle. I'm one happy customer. 😊
