Well what can I say ? Thank goodness I discovered Harrogate organically several months ago . Magnesium spray is a game changer for me with several symptoms of fibromyalgia including widespread pain / headaches/ insomnia/ restless legs . I buy 2/3 bottles at a time , but they do last quite a while as I only use it just before bed . I’ve also now bought a muscle rub and Turmeric and black pepper supplements in addition. I will try anything natural rather than taking more prescribed medication.
