I have been using the Magnesium spray for about 10 days and my sleep has definitely improved. I am peri menopausal age and have trouble sleeping at night. I have woken less through the night and when I have been able to get back to sleep quite easily. I found it a little sticky behind the knees but inside elbows fine. This has become an essential part of my night time routine.
