I absolutely can't be without this. It's a transdermal spray so it's quickly absorbed through the skin
I use it for sleep and muscle pain, ran out recently and I can't believe how much I missd it.
Helps me drift off to sleep and through the night when i often waken multiple times.
I'm using it along with medication, plant supplements and herbal remedies to manage difficult menopausal symptoms following surgery.
