This product works for me. I have been a lifelong non-sleeper. Since using this spray I have slept for at least 4-5 hours a night, sometimes more, which is wonderful after having no sleep. I have recommended it to friends and family and also bought some and gave it as gifts. I would not do that if it doesn't work, it does. Try it.
