I don’t normally buy these type of products but a friend recommended I try them.
I have bought the magnesium spray and the calm tablets.
The magnesium spray has been a game changer. I was recovering from shingles and was suffering from migraines. The spray has substantially reduced the headaches. With almost immediate effect.
As the spray was so effective I have bought the calm tablets to try as I get anxiety on a morning. Day 5 and I can feel a positive difference.
