I cannot praise the magnesium spray enough.I have suffered terrible pain and movement in my knees for over a year.ive tried so many products, turmeric and black pepper supplement,caster oil rub,even ibuleve only gave limited help.10 days after starting magnesium spray oil I have been walking 100% better and almost pain free.I am so happy to be able to share the dog walking and not having to plan a walk with benches 😄😄
